Here I am AGAIN...starting a new "diet"!
I decided tonight that this next year is about ME! I have a less stressful job, my boys are getting older and I'm finishing my last few classes. I have decided it's time to focus on myself. No fad diet, no miracle drugs, no over night weight loss. Sorry!
My alarm is set 5AM. Planning my meal today for tomorrow, working out in the AM, and blogging. I look forward to another journey and maybe helping someone else along the way.

Hey sounds like you're off to a good start. Good for you =) I also just started a diet 15 days ago and joined snap fitness a week ago. The website I used is called myfitnesspal. It is free and includes a food diary and exercise diary. If you join let me know we can be fitness pals =). It would be nice to have support. Good luck! =)

Alright! Good for you Liz....hey, you should come work out with us (ladies from High Pointe) on Tuesday nights at the church. We are there from 6-7pm and Lannie Collard (a yoga, pilates, fitness instructor) takes us through a GREAT full body workout each week! It's hard, but SOOOO good! Come join us!
